Scarborough ‘Don’t Talk About The Wedding’ Day Out

On the day of the Royal Wedding, I was invited out on a trip to Scarborough.  We went to the seafront, had a bite to eat, and went to the harbour and to the castle at the top. There were lots of local photographers coming together for a day out. We all brought are cameras and it was lots of fun!

We were lucky with the weather; my photography symbolizes this with bright carnival colours and lots of festivity from the places we visited in Scarborough.

I took lots of photographs; there’s a mixture of styles and ideas in my work from the day. I like how the black and white ones look, particularly the one with a man just in front of a couple holding hands because it show drama and emotion.

I favour the photograph of the women with red hair on the open top bus; I like how the hair is blowing in the wind and the contrast of the woman with so much hair next to the bald man!

Let me know if you have any comments about my photographs I took, while in Scarborough!
